When our daughter Matilda was born in 2003, we joked that we had a "TUSC-MEX” in the family. Now we also have a restaurant (our “second child”), thanks to our supportive friends Anna and Sam, where we serve a fusion of Tuscan and Mexican cuisines.

We named it after Matilda. It is dedicated to her. We think of our restaurant as a combination of two beautiful and colorful cultures, like our daughter.
